Why would I want to unlock my phone?
You may be asking, well, If you want to change network suppliers i.e. from Orange to One2one, you would have to pay Orange in the region of £35 to do so, basically because they don't want you to join someone else for the obvious reason that they would lose your money! But we're not just picking on Orange here, there are hundreds of network operators around the globe that lock their phones onto their networks. So, what do we do? We simply un-lock the sim locks from the phone so that you can use any network you please - the way we think it should be!
Is it illegal?
No! However, stealing phones is! So we refuse to unlock any phone that you can not prove you bought.
IMEI Changing, do we do it?
No! IMEI changing is illegal, so don't even bother to ask us!
How does it work?
Easy! Just send the phone in a well packed recorded or registered mail padded bag (preferably registered mail) and enclose a copy of your receipt/contract and a note with your Name, Address and Phone Number that we can contact you on along with payment method. Please also provide us with any access PIN codes to access your phone and the battery. We will get your phone back to you as soon as the work is done.
How long does it take?
We can send most phones back to you on the same day as receiving them, but please phone before sending to confirm this, some phones may take an extra day or two if they have to be sent to our workshop engineers.
How much does it cost?
Please see the table above for a guide, if your model is not listed please call us for a quote. There is no extra delivery charges to pay as it is included in the price. We accept payment by Postal Orders, Cash or Credit/Debit Cards, cheques. If you send Postal Orders please make them payable to "Modifications" and if you send credit/debit card details please ensure you give your card number - usually 16 to 19 digits long, the card expiry date and Issue number if you have one
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Delta but not Visa Electron or any other cards.
All Payments via Credit/Debit card are processed by Worldpay
Do we only unlock U.K. phones?
No, we can unlock any phone no matter where you are from, the only difference is that you will have to pay an extra £7.00 postage and it will take a few days longer to get back to you.
